Skool Plus Vung Tau

Away from the crowds and city center, but very easy to get to. Many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. I like that it's more of a boutique hotel and not a massive one. The staff and customer service were amazing, they went over and above to take care of me. I was amazed at how good and affordable the food was there. Delicious buffet for breakfast and cocktails were also tasty. Rooftop pool was also lovely as well as the massage I got from Yen.

Good pool with nice view

We stayed at Skool Plus Vung Tau twice, booking on two different platforms (first via Agoda, second via Booking.com), and encountered the same issues both times, which raises serious concerns about transparency and guest treatment.1. Breakfast “included” but repeatedly deniedOn both stays, we booked rooms clearly marked as including breakfast. Despite this, hotel staff repeatedly denied that breakfast was included and insisted that we pay 300,000 VND per person to access breakfast.•First stay: We had just arrived after a long drive and did not want to argue. Although our booking confirmation showed breakfast included, we were pressured to pay and eventually did so.•Second stay: The same situation happened again. Staff insisted we had no breakfast included and even claimed they could not find our booking information, which was very strange as the booking was fully confirmed and prepaid.After around 30 minutes of insisting and showing proof, they finally acknowledged that breakfast was indeed included.This happened twice, across two different booking platforms, which makes it difficult to see this as a simple mistake.2. Unclear and unreasonable charge for bathroom itemIn the bathroom, there was a small bag placed on the disposable amenities tray (next to toothbrushes, a disposable comb, etc.). As these items are typically single-use, we discarded the bag.At checkout, we were informed that this tiny bag supposedly cost 50,000 VND and that we were not allowed to throw it away.•There was no sign, no label, and no explanation indicating that this item was not disposable.•It was placed together with clearly single-use amenities.•Charging a high price for such an item without prior notice is not reasonable or transparent.ConclusionThe hotel itself may look fine, but the repeated denial of included services and unexpected charges create a feeling of dishonesty and poor management practices.

Everything: quick check in before the check in time, comfortable bed, amazing bathroom, the rooftop swimming pool, breakfast.

Nothing! There is nothing to fault the hotel about.

Friendly and attentive staffs especially the ones at/around the reception area. Super comfy bed and nice ovean view.Breakfast is good especially for western options. Will definitely visit again.

Although we arrived prior to relaunch of new management and readiness of property, the exceptional hospitality and detailing we received during stay made up any gaps. Situated on quiet West coast, view was breathtaking and surely good for a recharge. Special mention goes to Atilla, Elise and the team for making our short getaway so special. Can't wait for our next trip ?

The breakfast was the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel in Asia. Every staff member was professional and kind and friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke English and was super polite. My wife and I had a wonderful massage. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathtub was huge. The bathroom was incredible. There was a view from the balcony that was stunning. An aircon and a ceiling fan kept the room the perfect temperature. It was a dream stay.

The rooms we stayed in was a duplex style and was spacious and nice, lots of day light.The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great! Breakfast had a good selection of basically everything one might need - they had different options for order every morning.

The staff didn't really speak English, when we tried to order some room service, they couldn't really understand anything on the phone. But the next day all staff had google translate on the phone which was really nice. The bed is upstairs gets a bit hot as the AC is below it and doesn't really reach the top floor. Other than that an amazing place - will definitely come back!

This is our second time staying at Lief Mila, and we always enjoy our stay. The rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated.

The area is a little out of the main town so restaurant options outside of the hotel are more restricted without transport.
